Staff Specialist in Customer Service
who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving process improvements, and collaborating across global teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure
100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)
delivery and
zero customer complaints
. - Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to
order fulfillment
. - Escalate issues related to
capacity vs. customer orders/forecast
. - Collaborate closely with
internal teams
(PMC, shipping) and
external customer supply chain teams
. - Drive
process standardization
and
SAP optimization
for order fulfillment. - Prepare and present
sales outlooks, forecast analyses
, and regular reports to customers and internal stakeholders. 
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - 6–8 years
of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management. - Strong
Excel skills
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and experience with
data analysis tools
. - Familiarity with
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, or similar) and
demand planning software
. - Certifications
in Demand Planning (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus. - Mid to high-level English
proficiency (written and spoken). - Strong ability to
analyze large datasets
and extract meaningful insights. - Experience in
statistical analysis
and
forecasting techniques
. - Advanced
written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively. - Strong
collaboration and interpersonal skills
to work cross-functionally.
