Customer Success Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused specialist
to join our team in Santo Domingo. This role is critical to ensuring our clients receive the support, guidance, and solutions they need to succeed while strengthening long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and highly organized, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions and deliver outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and follow-up.
 - Guide clients in the use of Ualett's products and services, ensuring a seamless user experience.
 - Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure alignment on solutions.
 - Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure consistent communication across channels.
 
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
 - 6+ months of experience in customer service, customer success, or client-facing roles.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
 - Ability to handle problem-solving with empathy and professionalism.
 - Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
 - Experience with CRM or customer support platforms is a plus.
