We're looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and great with people to support our real estate operations.
This role is all about tenant communication, rent roll data, and admin support. You'll be handling calls, messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email), and assisting with inquiries and documentation—especially things like Section 8 forms. Familiarity with Buildium and general property management workflows is a plus.
What we're looking for:
Customer service or admin experience (real estate is a bonus)
Good written + spoken English
Organized and reliable
Comfortable with software tools, especially for data entry
Bonus if you've worked with Section 8 or Buildium before
This is a remote role, and we value people who can work independently and stay on top of the details. You'll be supporting property managers directly and interacting with tenants regularly—so professionalism and communication really matter here.
