Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline. You will be at the forefront of our growth engine, tasked with finding potential clients and initiating the first outreach from your remote office.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, industry databases).
  • Outreach: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold email, cold calling, and social media (primarily LinkedIn) to generate initial interest.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our BPO services.
  • Nurturing: Nurture early-stage leads and build relationships until they are ready to be handed off to an Account Executive.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and consultations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track all lead generation activities, communications, and data in our CRM [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.].
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of qualified leads, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies, messaging, and lead quality feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Must be based in or near Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development (SDR), or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setting to meet and exceed goals.
  • A tenacious and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for starting new conversations.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the BPO, call center, or outsourcing industry.
