Finance Manager
to join our leadership team and support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management practices.
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive cost optimization, efficiency, and profitability initiatives.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of finance by leveraging technology to streamline processes and reporting.
- Develop and mentor finance staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in financial planning, accounting, and operational analysis.
- Experience in distribution, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
