Position Summary
As a Sales Development Representative I (SDR I), you're the first voice potential clients hear. Your mission is to connect with leads over the phone, build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and determine if they're a match for our services. You'll represent our values with professionalism, energy, and respect in every call.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to connect with leads and spark interest in our services.
- Quickly identify qualified prospects by asking targeted discovery questions.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the call and the next steps in the process.
- Document call outcomes accurately in our lead management platform.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve call quality and conversion rates.
- Share feedback and ideas for improving the experience for both leads and the team.
What You Bring
- Strong, friendly phone presence and excellent verbal communication.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Fast and precise typing to take notes during or after calls.
- Comfortable working with lead management systems and call software.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Able to follow a structured schedule, including potential weekend or holiday shifts.
- Experience in sales environments.

Work Schedule (Onsite)
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Weekends off
- Schedules are fixed and based on business needs. Please apply only if you're available during these hours.
