Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Santo Domingo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer communications, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
