What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, your role may include:
- Answering inbound or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
- Following scripts to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Resolving questions related to products
- Handling complaints and de-escalating issues with empathy
- Verifying and clarifying information with customers
- Promoting additional products or services when appropriate
- Contributing to a team-focused, goal-driven environment
