Graphic Designer, Special Products

Work schedule:
8:00 am - 5:30pm

Modality: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Create the design for the assigned product (Plates, pins, trophies, medals, patches, banner, certificates, among others, contributing to customer satisfaction by capturing all their requirements within the designed art. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.

  • Create, save and manage the designs required by the customer to contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Consult and verify in the AS400 system that the information and details specified are in accordance with the requirements requested by the client in order to ensure the quality of the design.
  • Make the modifications required by the seller or the client to the design to contribute to its satisfaction.

SPECIFIC TASKS: Graphic Designer

  • Perform the report of the orders produced daily (CHECK LIST).
  • Mail the sample image to the customer.
  • Assistance to the plant for new designs
  • Development and run of designs that come to process for the first time
  • Develop specific projects related to the graphics area.
  • Participate in updating process flows
  • Assist the supervisor in the attention of any return of the plant.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.

Required:

  • Management of the COREL DRAW / ILLUSTRATOR / PHOTOSHOP Design programs.
  • Intermediate English.

Preferred:

  • Advanced English
  • Tajima programming
  • Basic knowledge operating the AS400
