Mission
Own the Sister Glow Up brand, growth, community quality, and all content. Translate vision → roadmap → shipped work. You're an operator who can lead people, shape product, and execute marketing with taste and speed.
What You'll Do
● Build the growth engine (community, lifecycle, partnerships, referral/affiliate, and paid when appropriate).

Own content
(FB group, app, email/SMS, site); stand up a content calendar and QA process.
● Define positioning & messaging ("skin-minimalist, clinical, transparent") across every touchpoint.
● Stand up operating cadence (OKRs, weekly sprints, KPI dashboards) and cross-functional rituals.
● Partner with engineering on the AI routine builder, product-match flows, and trust/education layers.
● Spin up creator/KOL + affiliate programs that fit "no hype, real results."
● Hire, coach, and scale a small A-team; cover gaps yourself until seats are filled (ops, CX, content).
● P&L mindset: forecast, budget, measure, and reallocate to what works.
What Makes You a Great Fit
● –10+ years in consumer/growth (beauty/skin or health strongly preferred).
● Licensed esthetician (or equivalent depth) strongly preferred.
Proven team leadership and launch experience.
● Tools-fluent (Meta/FB ecosystem, GA4/Mixpanel, Klaviyo/HubSpot, Notion/Jira, Figma).
- Clear writer, data-driven storyteller, bias to ship.
