Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to ensure that our call interactions meet our quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback on calls to ensure our team delivers top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor call interactions to assess quality and adherence to company standards.
- Evaluate calls against established criteria and provide constructive feedback to chat agents.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and develop improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular quality review sessions and contribute to team discussions.
- Document and report on findings, highlighting opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in developing and refining quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and customer service.
