Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bella Vista, Santo Domingo for an Administrative Assistant, who will help our Administrative operations be held on time and with excellence. We are a small business so tasks will include a little of every department. The role involves getting to know our operations and being a step ahead to help the company's initiatives.

Duties:


• General Administrative Assistance


• Management of Company Legal and Administrative Documentation


• Support in Public Bidding and Contracting


• Assistance with Quotations


• Drafting of letters for processes and/or administrative purposes


• Follow-up on Customer Accounts Receivable


• Assistance with Purchase Orders


• Documentation Entry in the QuickBooks System


• Management of the Telephone Switchboard


• Petty Cash Management


• Agenda Management


• Communication with Suppliers/Distributors and Partners

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with some sales or marketing roles us a plus
  • Proactivity
  • Disposition to help within the possibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a very desirable
  • Basic Technical knowledge
  • Basic English
  • Good Spanish Grammar is a plus (speaking and writing)
