Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of network and server management.
  • Experience with data backup and recovery.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with IT security best practices.
  • Ability to provide training and support to non-technical staff.
  • Willingness to stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Experience with telehealth systems is a plus.
