Customer Service Supervisor
to lead and support our team of bilingual customer service agents.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of bilingual customer service agents.
 - Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level goals are met.
 - Provide feedback, training, and development opportunities.
 - Handle complex customer situations and escalations.
 - Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
 - Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience.
 
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or customer service environment.
 - Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written).
 - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
 - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and drive results.
 - Must be punctual, organized, and goal-driven.
