We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Customer Service Supervisor
to lead and support our team of bilingual customer service agents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of bilingual customer service agents.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level goals are met.
  • Provide feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Handle complex customer situations and escalations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or customer service environment.
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and drive results.
  • Must be punctual, organized, and goal-driven.
