Job Description
The Jr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) is an energetic, highly organized multitasker who possesses strong communication skills. The Jr. TPM is responsible for supporting TPM team members with text program application review and submission and short/long code configuration. To best serve our customers, the Jr. TPM should be knowledgeable about the SMS/MMS aggregation ecosystem. They will also need to juggle multiple concurrent client integrations.
Essential Functions
Operational Responsibilities
- Understand US mobile industry rules and regulations, and recognize compliance issues with text program applications
- Assist the primary TPM with submitting text program applications and supporting documentation via internal and carrier/partner web portals, and help manage the process through program approval, including review of feedback/rejections and resubmission of updated information
- Responsible for technical configuration of short code, 10DLC and toll-free for SMS/MMS
- Work directly with technical team members to track progress, identify and resolve issues, and look for ways to accelerate delivery
- Help manage project tracking, and escalate issues that impact timing or budget as appropriate
- Should have some experience in troubleshooting and managing issues and working with support teams

- Project management skills – ability to effectively organize and implement projects
- Detail oriented – strong attention to details – dot the "i's" and cross "t's" and deep-dive into an issue
- Sense of ownership – follow up and make sure that the issue or task is completed to the satisfactory of the client
- Problem solving / Troubleshooting skill - should be a problem solver and demonstrate the ability to methodically plan and execute a solution or project.
- Multi-tasker – should have the ability to manage multiple, moderately complex tasks and stay "on top" of things with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to web-based products or cloud solutions
Education and Experience
- 1-3 years relevant working experience
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working with Mobile/Email/Social Media marketing would be a plus
