We're looking for a
proven closer
to join our sales team and turn pre-qualified leads into signed deals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct
Zoom meetings and virtual presentations
with international clients. - Work with pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing team.
- Run consultations, conduct property tours (virtual + in-person), and negotiate terms.
- Manage your pipeline inside our
CRM
. - Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations for seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
- You've closed
real estate or other high-ticket deals
before. - You are
fluent in English and Spanish
. - You live in the Eastern Dominican Republic (Bayahíbe, La Romana, Punta Cana, Bávaro or Santo Domingo).
- You have your own
car and valid license
. - You are self-driven, competitive, and thrive under pressure.
- You're fully committed — this is not a side hustle.
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You've never closed high-ticket sales.
- You're not comfortable with
Zoom meetings or virtual selling
. - You don't live in the Eastern Dominican Republic.
- You don't own a car or can't easily meet clients in person.
- You have unstable internet or poor presentation skills.
- You're looking for a "safe" desk job — this is performance-driven.
