Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Analyst based in Santo Domingo Este. The Senior Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving IT issues, ensuring a high level of customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality.
