Role Overview
A leading multinational services organization is seeking a seasoned executive to oversee its operations in the Dominican Republic. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize country-level operations across diverse business functions.
- Represent the local entity in executive performance reviews with regional leadership.

Language & Communication
- Fully bilingual (English–Spanish), with near-native fluency in both languages.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in service-oriented industries, preferably within BPO, contact center, or similar environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, cultural leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the Dominican business and labor landscape.
