Role Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Supervisor — a confident, process-oriented professional who leads by example and upholds company standards with integrity and consistency. This role is key to ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering a positive work culture, and driving people-focused processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel.
- Coordinate and follow up on the induction processes for new admissions.
- Provide support in the management of services to the collaborator: letters, documentation, assistance, uniforms, etc.
- Keep personnel files and records up to date.
- Collaborate with the other HR areas in processes such as evaluations, events, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor standards.
- Maintain a close relationship with supervisors to meet personnel needs and work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Administration, Law or related areas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within free zones or industries.
- Knowledge of the Dominican Labor Code and free zone regulations.
- Intermediate management of Excel and personnel management systems.
- Intermediate/Advanced English
