What will be your purpose?
Provide comprehensive legal advice in the corporate and real estate areas, ensuring effective legal solutions, regulatory compliance, and professional support to our clients—from drafting documents to managing cases through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts, agreements, and legal petitions.
- Conduct legal research in courts and public offices.
- Attend hearings and meetings with clients.
- Manage cases from the initial interview to final delivery.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in every legal process.
Required Profile:
- Law degree.
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Corporate, or Tax Law (preferred).
- Over 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English (required).
- Knowledge of:
- Real estate jurisdiction processes.
- Corporate law.
- Basic corporate finance (preferred).
Key Competencies:
Organization, self-management, ability to work under pressure, strong debating skills, results orientation, and teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Santiago.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / Sat 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (occasional).
