Purpose
Accurately input large amounts of tower operations data into computer systems. This role includes collecting and organizing data from various sources, verifying its accuracy, maintaining records, ensuring data integrity, consistency and confidentiality.

Functions

  • Accurately enter and update data from multiple sources into data management systems with attention to detail.
  • Review and verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before data entry, correcting any errors to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform regular data updates, track changes, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Generate reports, assist with data analysis projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify data as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data management software to maintain smooth operations.
  • Adhere to company procedures for data storage, handling, and security, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy protocols.
  • Organize and maintain documents files for easy access and reference.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives and process improvements to enhance data management practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the department and across the organization to support ongoing data-related needs.

Working Conditions And Physical Demands
Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking are required daily. Few business trips might be required.

Qualifications

  • Business or lawyer undergraduate degree with 2-3 years of experience in data input systems.
  • Proficient knowledge in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Data management software.
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to process large amounts of data efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must.
