Sales Representative – On-Site in Santo Domingo
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by building lasting client relationships, managing leads effectively, and closing deals with confidence. This individual will communicate consistently with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Reach out and manage leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions
- Present products and services persuasively to potential clients
- Maintain strong follow-up and deliver excellent post-sale support
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Dominican ID or valid work permit
- Proven experience in
sales and customer service
(required) - Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
Details
- On-site position, Santo Domingo
- Regular schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM
(Sundays & Mondays off) - Training schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
(weekends off during training) - Base salary:
40,000 DOP

uncapped commission per closed sale - Full-time only – remote/part-time not available
