We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate must be based in Santo Domingo and possess advanced English proficiency, as well as knowledge of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communications using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Perform data management and analysis in Excel, with V-lookups being a must-have skill.
- Utilize for task management, including examples like laptop reconciliations.
- Handle general administrative duties as assigned, including:
- Reconciliation of attendance through Excel.
- Email communications and mass texting.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks related to the overall functioning of the team.
- Assist with Recruitment administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, documentation, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Must reside in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Mandatory skill: Proficiency in Excel V-lookups.
- Experience using or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with or knowledge of Recruitment processes and administration is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
