Job Purpose:
Lead and evaluate the impact (in conjunction of the area owner) the implementation of Costumer Specification Changes Management, Support QA System initiatives, Lead and execute Process improvement initiatives, CAPA investigation, incident investigation and Process Data Analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and/or analyse QA existing data, in predetermine basis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), and lead the trigger and follow up of the actions that are being generated from the data analysis.
- Be the link with the laboratory management in providing all the changes that requiring documentation updates of existing and Test Method.
- Follow up in all documentation changes required due a customer specification changes in the TAMU's, product quality characteristic and control plan.
- Received and lead the implementation of Costumer specification changes, assuring that the changes are deployed in timely manner and taking in consideration all the variables involving the entire process owner.
- QA Lead for NPI and Sustaining projects, responsible to coordinate and complete the deliverables applicable to the project.
- Execute Test Method Validation, IQ/OQ and software validation for Test Lab Equipments.
- Actively participate and/or Lead in root cause investigation thru CAPA's, QA incidents, QA events.
- Support QA system and process audits.
- Coordinate resources and test results for Process Validation.
- Present/generate reports as requested.
- Support in the execution measurements for engineering studies, validation, and normal production as needed.
- Any other related activities per department needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related.
- 2 to 4 years' experience working in fast moving consumer goods manufacturing factory environment.
- Intermediate - Advance in English
- Advance knowledge in Ms office software package
- Preferably Use of statistical analysis software, e.g. minitab.
Intermediate - Advance level knowledge of:

- PFMEA, Control Plan
- Understanding Drawings Specification, Technical documentation.
