Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in La Romana, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and contacting potential clients, conducting product presentations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the nautical or luxury goods industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the yacht market and industry trends is a plus
