What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate maintenance, construction, and pest management activities at the site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate systems to address corrective, preventive, and maintenance needs for facility expansion and equipment upkeep.
  • Coordinate allocation of resources to ensure compliance with local and international laws for vital medical device facility systems.
  • Formulate a blueprint to conform with all Lean Energy program guidelines for facilities management systems.
  • Ensure a continued emphasis on intelligent cost control in the management of departmental resources and project execution by contractors and technical personnel.
  • Coordinate tasks to sustain all site facilities and utilities in efficient conditions and in accordance with all regulations.
  • Coordinate the execution of adequate maintenance programs for all critical systems, buildings, facilities, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all staff members under their supervision or external service providers working at the facility adhere to all guidelines, regulations, safety measures, and internal protocols.
  • Assure facility/equipment/utilities preventive maintenance programs and process performance to maintain their efficiency as per manufacturer specifications.
  • Identify potential dangers and assess the risks and environmental factors of designated areas and operations, then apply suitable measures to manage them.
  • Establish and carry out action plans for audits, inspections, and accidents.
  • Supply ergonomically built furniture and tools to support a safe and healthy work environment in your department.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in reliability.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a coordinating or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of crucial systems (compressed air, HVAC, water system), specifications, and procedures (preferred).
  • Bilingual: English.
