Job Description
We're seeking a technician to support our team. Join our dynamic IT team, where you'll manage daily IT support tasks for our cross-functional team and oversee the entire support cycle.

Responsabilities

  • Deliver prompt and efficient technical support to office staff, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Deploy and configure new workstations, laptops, printers, and essential office equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Execute regular installations, updates, and maintenance for a variety of software applications and operating systems.
  • Administer user accounts, managing permissions and access levels to uphold security and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of robust IT security protocols.
  • Thoroughly document and manage all support requests, resolutions, and detailed system configurations using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate system upgrades and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to daily operations.
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware repair, part replacement, and software debugging.
  • Maintain meticulous records and logs of all IT repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
  • Undertake general IT department responsibilities, demonstrating a foundational understanding of all company-utilized services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT help desk, network administration, or support role.
  • Expertise in network topographies, printer and peripheral setup, and hands-on hardware repair.
  • Proficiency in current software, including G-Suite applications and Microsoft Windows products.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity for tactful and effective interaction with diverse users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proactive learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Practical experience utilizing CRM and ticketing systems for incident management and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays as required.
