We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated
Junior Sales Manager
to join our team in the Dominican Republic. This position plays a key role in supporting and growing our independent distributor network by driving sales performance, building strong relationships and delivering targeted coaching and support.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Distributor Development
: Training, coaching and mentoring distributors through one-on-one and group sessions to enhance product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and build leadership skills. - Sales Strategy & Execution
: Developing and implementing creative sales strategies and promotional campaigns that support revenue growth and distributor engagement. - Relationship Management
: Building trusted relationships with distributors to better understand their goals and challenges, and to provide tailored support. - Sales Support
: Identifying gaps in performance, proposing actionable solutions, and helping remove barriers to growth for individual distributors or groups. - Performance Monitoring
: Regularly reviewing sales performance metrics, setting achievable targets, and working with distributors to stay on track. - Market Insight
: Staying informed about competitive activity, market trends, and distributor feedback to propose improvements in our field engagement strategy. - Travel
: Conducting regular in-person visits and attending events to build stronger ties with the field and provide hands-on training where needed.
Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of sales experience
, ideally in a role that involved direct customer or distributor interaction. - Fluency in Spanish and English
, both written and spoken. - A valid U.S. Business/Tourist visa
, as travel may be required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfort working independently while also collaborating across departments and with remote teams.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to adapt to different personalities and working styles.
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience in direct selling environments.
- A
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience delivering
training, coaching, or workshops. - Familiarity with
customer service principles and distributor relations. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently (locally and internationally).
