Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santiago de los Caballeros for a Network Support Analyst. The Network Support Analyst will be responsible for managing network administration, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the integrity and security of the network infrastructure. Tasks will include monitoring network performance, configuring network devices, responding to network incidents, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Network Infrastructure skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Proficiency in Network Security practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Santiago de los Caballeros
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA, or similar are a plus
