We are currently looking for a
Commercial Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. This professional will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and effectively communicating how our solutions can meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and advantages.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as product development and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in HVAC or related industries.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales or inventory software (POS systems).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license required.
