Role Description
This is an internship role for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community, creating content, moderating discussions, and responding to inquiries. The role includes organizing community events, coordinating with volunteers, and developing strategies to increase community participation. This is a hybrid role, located in Santiago de los Caballeros, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Community management, content creation, and social media skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies is beneficial
