About the Role
Regal Wings is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Junior Travel Advisor
to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences to high-end clients while building a long-term career in luxury travel.

Responsibilities
- Proposal Preparation:
Research and create tailored proposals for domestic and international airfare reservations using
Sabre GDS
. - Booking Management:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury travel bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. - Client Service:
Provide outstanding service throughout the entire travel planning process, addressing client needs, preferences, and resolving any issues promptly. - Sales Support:
Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting luxury travel packages and collaborating with the marketing team. - Itinerary Optimization:
Customize and refine complex travel itineraries to meet premium travelers' unique expectations and requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years in a hospitality, concierge or customer service role. - Education:
Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred. - Language
: Native Level English proficiency. - Skills:
Hands-on experience delivering personalized service to discerning or high-value customers.. - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay flexible and reliable in dynamic situations.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and support client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and long-term client satisfaction.
