Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Experience Officer located in Punta Cana. The Patient Experience Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the patient experience, ensuring patient satisfaction, addressing patient concerns, and improving overall patient care standards. Daily tasks include developing and implementing patient care programs, coordinating with healthcare staff, gathering and analyzing patient feedback, and developing strategies to improve patient services.
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care, patient coordination, and patient relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to improve patient experience.
- Project management and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare management or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Bussines Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is desirable
