Are you a top-tier Systems Administrator specializing in advanced virtualization? If you expertly manage and optimize Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V for maximum speed, security, and uptime, we want you to be the guardian of our core infrastructure.
Your Mission
* Virtualization Triumvirate: Architect, deploy, and maintain robust, high-availability environments using VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and the entire Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops suite.
* Performance & HA/DR: Proactively monitor and tune virtual resources. Design and manage critical Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) solutions to guarantee business continuity.
* Automation: Utilize PowerShell and other tools to automate provisioning, administration, and critical health checks across the virtualization infrastructure.
* Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for complex system-level incidents related to hypervisors, VDI, and server performance.
* Server Core: Maintain and secure underlying Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
What You Bring
* 5+ years in a dedicated Systems Administrator or Virtualization Engineer role.
* Expert-level proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (MCS/PVS, NetScaler/ADC).
* Deep, hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V cluster management.
* Proven ability to automate tasks using PowerShell.
* Strong understanding of SAN/NAS storage integration and networking within virtual environments.
