The Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager will manage multi-brand retention and lifecycle programs, directly reporting to the Head of Growth & Performance. You'll create exceptional email marketing campaigns, automations, and flows in partnership with our retention agency. While the agency handles the technical aspects of Klaviyo, your role will encompass broader strategic execution.
Who You Are:
You are passionate about increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and repeat purchase rates for our brands.
As an experienced email marketer for high-growth D2C brands, you are proficient in Klaviyo and can independently manage the entire email campaign process.
You are familiar with brands like Golden Hippo, BioTrust, or Natural Health Sherpa and always seek to improve your knowledge.
You effectively use AI tools for copywriting and design workflows, producing compelling content quickly.
You understand how to balance immediate sales with building brand loyalty.
Comfortable managing an agency partner, you ensure alignment with business goals and reduce internal creative workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Retention Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive CLTV, repeat purchases, AOV, and email/SMS engagement.
- Manage agency partners to ensure timely and performance-driven execution of retention initiatives.
- Email & SMS Ownership:
- Own Klaviyo account aspects, including setup and segmentation.
- Collaborate with agencies on campaign calendars and optimization plans.
- Data & Analytics:
- Monitor KPIs such as CLTV, churn rate, and flow performance, using insights to recommend optimizations.
- Agency & Vendor Management:
- Act as the main contact for email/SMS agencies, managing timelines and holding partners accountable to KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams to develop content and align on product launches and promotions.
Qualifications (Required:
Proven expertise in Klaviyo with at least 3 years managing email/SMS marketing for D2C brands.
Strong background in improving CLTV, repeat purchases, and marketable list growth.
Proficient in analytics platforms like GA4 and project management tools like
Located in the Dominican Republic, fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish.
