Role Overview
The Market Cluster Lead will drive growth across key Caribbean markets by designing and executing commercial strategies that maximize market share, ensure financial targets are met, and strengthen profitability. This role leads high-performing teams, promotes cross-functional collaboration, and delivers sustainable business results aligned with the company's values of excellence and purpose.
Accountabilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategies to accelerate market growth, sales, profitability, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to guarantee operational excellence.
- Drive key transformational projects across Caribbean cluster markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales KPIs and overall market performance.
- Prepare and present PBRs, MU presentations, and strategic reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to secure execution of cluster KPIs and business objectives.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complexity and lead business transformation.
- Agility mindset, with a results-driven approach and focus on sustainable growth.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English (C1 – advanced).
Experience & Education
- +10 years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, or sales roles.
- Exposure to high-volume sales, distributor networks, and retail chains.
- Experience managing international projects and cross-market teams (preferred).
