We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Operations Project Manager
to join our
iGaming operations team
. Based in the
Dominican Republic
, this role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of online gaming projects, from initial definition and requirements gathering with the client to successful delivery, launch, and continuous operational support.
The Operations Project Manager will act as the key point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication between the client and internal teams, while also coordinating across departments such as Product, Technology, QA, Compliance, and Customer Operations. This role is crucial to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring project objectives and client expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and achieved.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of online iGaming projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with Technology Team to translate business needs into detailed project requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Technology, QA, and Compliance teams to ensure platform functionality, regulatory standards, and certifications are met.
- Oversee integrations with third-party providers (payment gateways, game suppliers, KYC/AML solutions, etc.), ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
- Track and manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to both clients and senior management.
- Maintain project documentation (roadmaps, risk registers, reports, meeting notes, action logs) to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Support the go-live phase, managing deployment activities, system readiness, and client training.
- Provide post-launch support, ensuring operational stability, quick resolution of issues, and continuous process improvements.
- Drive internal process optimization, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across departments.
Work Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Client Delivery within the iGaming, fintech, or technology industry.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, integrations (payment providers, KYC, game suppliers), and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Ability to work independently, while effectively coordinating with international, cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in the Dominican Republic; occasional travel may be required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
