Job Summary:
We are seeking a
highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Eligibility Clerk
to support program operations by reviewing and processing applications for services such as healthcare, insurance, housing, and social benefits. The ideal candidate will verify applicant documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations. This role involves assisting applicants, coordinating with supervisors or case workers, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, excellent email and phone etiquette, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are essential, along with the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review applications to determine if individuals meet eligibility requirements for programs such as healthcare, insurance, housing, or social benefits.
· Verify documentation including ID, proof of income, residency, and other required records.
· Maintain case files and update databases or electronic systems accurately.
· Assist applicants by answering questions, explaining requirements, and guiding them through the process.
· Coordinate with supervisors or case workers to ensure applications are processed correctly and in compliance with regulations.
· Perform other ongoing administrative tasks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
· Excellent attention to details, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent Email etiquette.
· Ability to understand and apply policies, procedures, and regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent.
· Familiarity with data entry management tools.
· Professional phone and email etiquette and customer service mindset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
· Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
· Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
