We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive
Operations Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. This person will be responsible for reviewing and resolving negative customer insights and completing operational requests from various teams, including customer support, collections, and sales.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills to manage complex billing issues, conduct system audits for compliance and data integrity, and provide critical findings to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Team Support: Review and resolve negative customer insights. Address and complete operational requests submitted by the customer support, collections, and sales teams, primarily through Jira ticket completions.
- System Audits & Data Integrity: Perform regular system audits to monitor compliance and ensure data integrity.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex billing issues.
- Leadership Reporting: Escalate key findings and risks to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- System Knowledge: A high level of system knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as LoanPro, , LogRocket, and CMS.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues.
