Make an Impact
In this critical role, you will:
- Evaluate the existence and accuracy of all accounts payable invoices assigned for registration, ensuring their completeness and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices, maintaining frequent communication with suppliers to manage payment schedules effectively.
- Verify that all invoices meet necessary criteria such as valid tax identification numbers (RNC), applicable taxes, and correct due dates to enable proper accounting entries.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts payable ledgers, facilitating timely and precise payments to suppliers while supporting internal financial controls.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to follow up on invoice approvals, expediting processes and resolving bottlenecks efficiently.
- Address discrepancies raised by suppliers pertaining to purchase order mismatches or invoices received beyond due dates, coordinating resolutions with relevant internal teams.
Your Talent And Skills
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in English at a professional level, enabling effective communication within our international environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax legislation, social security, and labor laws relevant to accounting and finance operations.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations efficiently.
- Experience with SAP systems, enhancing your ability to navigate and utilize enterprise resource planning tools to optimize financial transactions and reporting.
