Data Analyst II (Full On-Site)Seniority: Senior-level preferredLanguage Requirement: Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)OverviewWe are urgently seeking a highly skilled and fully bilingual Data Analyst II to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with proven experience in data management, governance, and analysis. This role requires advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure data consistency across multiple business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure data consistency and accuracy across core business systems, including JDE, SFDC, Anaplan, and Qlik.Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and provide actionable recommendations.Analyze data quality issues, develop remediation plans, and implement solutions using data quality tools.Define and maintain business terms, data definitions, and quality rules to ensure data integrity.Lead and support data quality improvement initiatives across assigned regions.Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize data management and governance practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global/regional stakeholders to align data operations with governance standards.Perform complex data creation, cleansing, and validation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Develop and document data management processes and procedures.Partner with the Corporate Governance Office to resolve data issues and support compliance efforts.Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational data initiatives.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related area.Senior-level experience in data analysis or governance preferred.Certification in Data Management is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and data quality tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with data governance principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.Commitment to company policies and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs.
