Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in cigar manufacturing, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, and optimizing production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management, particularly in the manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in the tobacco industry is a plus
