About the Role

We are seeking
Call Center Agents
to join our customer service team in Santo Domingo. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to grow professionally within an international company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and friendly customer support.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Accurately record customer information into internal systems.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma required (university students or graduates preferred).
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
