Call Center Agents

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and friendly customer support.
 - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
 - Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
 - Accurately record customer information into internal systems.
 - Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
 - Collaborate with teammates to achieve departmental goals.
 
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
 - High school diploma required (university students or graduates preferred).
 - Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
 - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 - Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
 - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
