Solugenix is seeking a Recruiter for a fulltime position in Santiago, Dominican Republic. This will be a remote position. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring talent in the customer support service and tech support space within a call center environment. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Prefer experience sourcing and recruiting for customer service positions.
  • Excellent English skills (oral & written), interpersonal skills, attention to detail with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strategic and driven recruiter with the ability to take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting - source, qualify and interview applicants using various recruiting strategies, tools, job portals and social media.
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team in understanding position requirements and carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.
  • Interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, communication, soft skills, validate work history, availability and negotiate salary requirements.
  • Complete candidate assessments and pre-screening requirements in accordance with applicable customer-specific requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating candidates interviews with clients, preparation of candidates, and follow-up after their interviews.
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future open positions.
  • Review and modify position requirements based on candidate/skill availability in the market as well as feedback from various sources.
  • Conduct regular follow up with hiring team to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
