Ualett is seeking a creative and user-focused
Senior UX Designer
to join our Revenue & Operations team. This role is key to designing intuitive, secure, and engaging mobile experiences for our customers, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX initiatives, from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define requirements and validate concepts.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, especially in
fintech and banking contexts
, to uncover needs and pain points. - Translate insights into design solutions that balance usability, accessibility, security, and trust.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across user flows.
- Mentor and support other UX Designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Promote a user-centered design culture across the organization.
- Present design concepts and user insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay updated on UX best practices, mobile design trends, and fintech standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong focus on
mobile applications
. - Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design, and usability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
- Portfolio showcasing intuitive, secure, and accessible mobile design.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
