Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic. Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive keyword research, optimizing web pages, improving user experience, and implementing technical SEO best practices. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance data, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research:
Identify high-volume, relevant keywords that align with our business objectives and user search intent.

On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings and enhance user engagement.

Technical SEO:
Perform regular SEO audits to ensure optimal site performance, including page speed, mobile usability, and proper indexing.

Content Strategy:
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content that attracts organic backlinks and meets SEO objectives.

Performance Analysis:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Link Building:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, enhancing domain authority and search engine rankings.

Industry Trends:
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.

Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of SEO strategies across all client campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in SEO strategy development and execution, preferably within a digital marketing agency serving international clients.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Project Management:
Proficient in using project management tools to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
