Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct interviews and hiring; Prepare and process all new hire paperwork; Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee questions and concerns; Handle employee relations issues and investigations as needed; Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the management of the performance appraisal process; Provide support to managers and employees regarding performance issues and development plans.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations; Coordinate with benefits providers and resolve employee issues.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; Update and maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Administration:

  • Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary; Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities; Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed; Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced English.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
