Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a Cold Caller, you'll be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients such as doctors, clinics, and other medical providers to introduce and pitch our home care services.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our home care services.
- Build rapport with prospects by asking questions and listening attentively to their needs..
- Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture leads and ensure engagement.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Provide some Customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service in the home care industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly tone.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
